Hi Tom,
Your assessment of the current realty market is spot on. I couldn’t help sensing a note of frustration. In good times with prices running high commissions are less of an issue. In down markets everything is an issue. I think you and Christine provide an outstanding realty service to the community. Your not number 3 because you are lucky. Your number 3 because of hard work and outstanding customer service, such as I experienced purchasing our home. Sadly I don’t see any improvement in our economy for sometime. I know you and Cristine are both forward thinking and will weather this storm. I enjoy the straight forwardness of your blog articles.
