The cold arctic blast is winding down this week. We are expecting temperatures in the 40’s and close to 50 later this week. There have been many homes effected by way of frozen pipes. The real damage will not be known or discovered until the water starts flowing again. If you have a home that has not been occupied in a while we suggest that you have someone check the home to be sure there is not any broken/leaking pipes. Even if the heat has been on (or you thought it was) it is a good idea to get someone into your home immediately.
