Here is your updated Maggie Valley NC home showing report for 2010.  Due to the all the snow & cold weather we’ve been having, our showing reports have decreased in 2010.  The Maggie Valley skiing in the area has been very busy if you ask Cataloochee ski resort.  Many of our clients have enjoyed the powder on the mountain or enjoyed the Maggie Valley snow tubing that may take place at Tony’s Tube World or one’s Maggie Valley cabin rental’s front yard.  Either way, the Maggie Valley weather has made an impact.  Keep checking back each month to see what price ranges have been showing in our area.
