WIth the state of the real estate market and the economy any signs of life are good signs. In the last 2 days our office has had 2 walk in buyers with one already getting a home under contract and the other deciding between 2 homes. These buyers realize this current market is a great time to buy. Now 2 walk-ins in 2 days is not setting the world on fire, but we wilk take it.
